Vinos y Licores Mundiales S.A. de C.V. is a Mexican business engaged for the past 15 years in the import and export of all types of wine, liquor, beer and food staples. When we started our business in the late 80´s, we participated actively through one of our foreign trade companies in the export of all kinds of Mexican products to non-traditional markets, mainly Europe and Asia. At that time, we successfully promoted and exported products such as rum, liquor, tequila, beer, automobiles, and canned foods, to mention a few.
Due to changes in both the laws of destination countries and fiscal legislation in out country we were forced to stop our activity and find a new course. Thus, trough capitalizing our vast experience in Foreign Trade, and taking advantage of the excellent relationship we enjoyed with our foreign costumers, some 6 years ago we decided to start a business for the import of wine, liquor, beer and food staples provided mainly by marketing companies all over the world. These companies became our current suppliers.
Our mission is to find anywhere in the globe those products whose quality and international presence could be marketed in the Mexican market at competitive prices, always keeping in mind the final consumer benefit. We have included an appealing variety and presentation of products in our product lines, which we constantly update and enrich to remain actual and ahead of new products and trends around the world.
This will allow our select clientele the opportunity of offering the consumer the last in renowned brands all over the world, thus keeping up with all of the world´s main markets.
In order to achieve coverage of the whole Mexican Republic, we have designed a key distribution strategy. At this time we have headquarters in Monterrey, Guadalajara, Mexico City, the port of Tampico and Can-Cun. We also have licensed distributors in several cities around the Mexican Republic: Puebla, Celaya, Tula, Torreón, Saltillo, and Ciudad Victoria, and we are growing aggressively in this area. All of our offices and distributors are provided with offices, warehouses, sales corps and a wide experience in the field.
The mission of Vinos y Licores Mundiales, S. A. De C. V. (World Wines and Liquor Inc.) one of our group companies, is to meet the needs of commercial chains, wineries and consumer centers. The company has the marketing franchise for all of the products imported by our companies and was created with a single objective in mind: making the sale, warehousing, distribution and logistics of all of the wines, liquors and beer we currently import more professional and efficient.

It should be mentioned that our companies hold all of the permits our laws establish for legal import of the products we handle: Importer Registry, Sectorial Registry, Permits from SHCP (Treasury Department) to obtain holograms for import liquors. Thus, we guarantee our customers that all of our products meet all of the legal, fiscal and marketing requirements: Official Sanitary Specifications Norms, Sanitary and Commercial Labeling (NOM-142-SSAI-1995), import petitions, federal holograms, to mention a few.
